Ipsos collects your personal information (such as your name, contact details, CV and employment information) so we can assess your suitability for employment opportunities and contact you about relevant roles.

Providing this information is voluntary, but if you choose not to provide it, we may be unable to consider you for roles.

Your information will be held securely by Ipsos and only accessed by authorised staff and trusted service providers supporting our recruitment processes. Information may be stored using secure systems located in New Zealand or overseas in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

We retain candidate information for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you request deletion earlier or we are required by law to keep it longer.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information. To do so, or if you have any privacy questions, please contact [email protected].
